Pottukadalai - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Nuts - 2 tbsp (roughly chopped)

- In a mixing bowl add the roasted flour and 1/2 cup ghee. Mix well until no lumps exist.
Tips and tricks:
- Adding cashew while grinding pottukadalai gives a rich taste to the burfi.
