For Marination:
Paneer(cubed) - 200gm
Onion(petals) - 1/2
Capsicum(cubed) - 1/2
Curd(Thick) - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili powder - 3/4 tsp
Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
Coriander(chopped) - 2 tbsp
Mint leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2

- Adjust the spiciness of the dish as per your taste.
- Marinating the paneer makes the paneer soft and tasty. Marinate at least for 20-30 minutes for a rich flavor.
- You can substitute lemon juice with 1 tsp of dry mango powder.
- The quantity of water may vary for different brands of basmati rice, check out the required quantity of water required to cook the basmati rice you posses.
- Finally, don't saute the paneer too long, it may turn hard and rubbery.
